The Company

Expo-Viajes focuses its specialised services on companies, associations and trade fairs. It has operated in a national basis since 1994 and aims at providing customers with global solutions and added value.

Experienced in the management of a wide range of customers, companies and public and private institutions, Expo-Viajes offers solutions to certain complex services requesting previous structure and organisation.

Expo-Viajes works by foreseeing the requirements and needs of companies, organising package tours, sorting out any difficulties even before companies detect them.

Thus, we organise trips to the leading European and world exhibitions in every sector, we arrange “package tours” devoted to presentations of goods and services, including conventions or meetings in certain locations of well-known success and incentive schemes offered to employees in a company or its sales network.

Thanks to both our ability and expertise in the management of groups, we own a remarkable agenda filled with names of professionals to guarantee the achievement of high level projects. We cooperate with additional companies such as design firms, stand assembly, advertising and marketing companies, foreign trade, human resources, sports ventures, education, adventure…

Services Abroad

Our structures abroad are sustained by means of cooperation agreements, which are surveiled by a specific department at home. Our previous experience in the field of external collaborations has served us to guarantee the achievement of a refined and trustworthy product.

Furthermore, in the main European cities we can rely on close collaborators in charge of supporting and customer representation services.

The competitive advantage that Expo-Viajes enjoys when compared to all other agencies lies in the fact that it operates in accordance with different information and trading channels, in such a way that goods and services do not depend on external hands (all too often hardly interested in customers satisfaction), but we personally check suitability resorting to diverse sources.

We cooperate with the main European Conventions Bureaus and Tourist Offices in the execution of joint projects in the management of teams. We also work together with several regional Chambers of Commerce in the creation of projects, missions and trade fairs.
